- A.: We provide packages to suit your needs and budget. For more information regarding our packages, click here. For custom or specific requirements, please complete our quotation request form and we will send a detailed quote.
- Q.: What is your payment policy?
- A.: We ask 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation and the balance is to be paid when the site goes live. Payment is to be made via internet banking transfer.
- Q.: Are your websites search engine optimised?
- A.: Yes, all our packages include FREE basic search engine optimization (SEO). We will be happy to assist you regarding optimisation for your site.
- Q.: I don't know the exact requirements of my website, can you assist?
- A.: Yes, of course and we will do it for free. Let us know and we'll be glad to help.
- Q.: Do you provide hosting too?
- A.:Yes of course, nevertheless only to clients who hire us to develop or modify their websites. We do not provide "pure hosting services" but we can certainly guide you or help to setup your hosting, email accounts, database, etc.
- Q.: What if I want upates done in the future?
- A.: It depends on the changes you require. We perform minor changes FREE of charge. However, if the time taken for these changes exceeds 1 working hour, we will prepare a written proposal for it, containing project plan, scope, costs, and terms and conditions.
